- Reporting a mistake
- Send the link to the page, the figure or wording you saw, and what it should be — with a source if you have one. We check it against the primary source and fix it, and where the correction changes an article’s conclusion we date the update on the page.
- Access, correction or deletion of your personal data
- If you have an account with us, you can download your own data and delete the account immediately from the privacy page inside it, without waiting for us. Other requests under Thailand’s personal data protection law can come through here — include the email address you signed up with so we can verify it is you.
- Copyright complaints
- Send the URL of the page carrying the material, a description of the work infringed, proof of ownership and your contact details, as set out in our terms of use. Once a complete notice arrives we review it and remove or correct the material promptly.
- A charging station or healthcare facility with wrong details
- For these, fixing it upstream works better and faster: the records come from open databases such as OpenStreetMap, so once it is corrected there, our next refresh picks it up — and the data is then right for everyone using that dataset, not only on our site. Every data page links back to the individual upstream record. If you would rather not edit it yourself, just tell us.
