Follow My Convoy
Set one destination, send your friends a link, and watch on a shared map who has got how far.
The destination is set once and cannot be changed later, because every car measures its remaining distance from it.
How it works
- 1. Enter a trip name and a destination, then create the room.
- 2. Send the link to every car. Each person enters a name and taps share.
- 3. Everyone sees one map: who is where, how many kilometres are left, and who has arrived.
What to know first
A web page can only send a position while this screen is open. Lock the phone or switch apps and it stops (apps like Grab can keep going because they are installed apps). Keep it plugged in on a cradle — we hold the screen awake while you share, and if someone goes quiet the map says how long it has been rather than pretending they are still there.
Anyone with this link can see everyone in the room. Send it only to the people actually travelling with you, and stop sharing whenever you like.
