By using tetono.com you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

What we provide

Tetono provides online tools and written content, free and without an account. Most tools run inside your own browser, while the data pages (air quality, fuel prices, lottery results, charging stations, healthcare facilities) are pulled from official sources on a schedule — each one is set out on Where our data comes from.

Everything is provided "as is". We may improve, change or retire any tool without notice, and we do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption.

Acceptable use

  • Use our tools lawfully and without infringing anyone else's rights.
  • Do not place an unreasonable load on the site or its APIs — for example by issuing bulk automated requests or scraping the whole site with automated tooling.
  • Do not attempt to evade, interfere with or fabricate results in any ranked or competitive feature. We reserve the right to remove a score or an entry we have good reason to believe was not produced by genuine use.
  • Do not use our tools to produce documents or data intended to deceive anyone.
  • Do not submit other people's personal data into features that accept it from visitors (the spin-wheel and quiz event rooms, for example) without the right or the consent to do so — the person running an event is responsible for the participant data they collect.

Your files and the data you type in

The file tools (images, PDFs, documents, signatures) run on your device: your files are never uploaded to our servers. The same is true of the figures you type into the tax calculator, which are worked out in the browser.

The exceptions are the tools that inherently need a server: the document converter (files sent to it are processed and then deleted, never retained) and temporary email, which stores incoming mail briefly so that you can read it. ⚠️ A temporary inbox is public — anyone who knows the address can open it, so do not use it for anything sensitive — and mail is deleted automatically after about an hour.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. Every tool works without signing in; an account exists only so that the things you save follow you between devices.

  • Provide accurate details when signing up, and keep your own password secure.
  • You can delete your account and everything synced to it at any time, and download your own data, from the privacy page inside your account.
  • We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, or that we have good reason to believe was created automatically for another purpose.
  • The display name and picture on your account are shown publicly if you post a score to a leaderboard, and you can take it down yourself at any time.

Disclaimer

  • We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or that information is current — especially fast-changing details like prices, specifications, promotions or tax rules.
  • Our calculators are an estimate for planning, not financial, legal or medical advice, and documents generated here are drafting aids, not forms certified by any authority.
  • Health and facility information is for search and initial reference, not diagnosis or medical advice. In an emergency in Thailand, call 1669.
  • Decisions you make based on anything here are your own responsibility; check with an official source or a professional first.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Advertising and affiliate links

The site is free to use and is funded by advertising and affiliate links. We may display advertising served by third-party ad networks, which may set cookies as described in our privacy policy.

If you follow a shop link from the site and buy something, we may receive a referral fee from the seller at no extra cost to you. Links of that kind are disclosed where they appear. We do not accept payment for favourable reviews or for placing a product higher in a ranking, and we are not responsible for the content, prices or terms of the external sites they lead to.

Intellectual property

The text, the images we produce and the site's source code belong to Tetono. Do not copy or reproduce them commercially without permission. Short quotations with a link back to the source page are fine.

⚠️ The open datasets we republish remain under their original licences, not ours — charging-station data from OpenStreetMap is under the ODbL, and from Open Charge Map under CC BY. If you want to reuse that data, follow the upstream terms, which we name and link on every data page.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect others' intellectual property and aim to use only images and content that are licensed or free to use. If you are a copyright owner and believe content or an image on this site infringes your rights, please email [email protected] with:

  • the URL of the page containing the material
  • a description of the work infringed and proof of ownership
  • your contact details

Once we receive a complete notice, we will review and remove or correct it as quickly as possible — typically within 1–3 business days.

Mistakes and corrections

If you spot a figure that does not match, a broken link or something out of date, tell us on the contact page. We will check it against the primary source and fix it, and where the correction changes an article's conclusion we date the update on the page. How our content is produced, and the limits of that process, are set out on About.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
