- How much does it cost to charge an EV in Thailand?
- Home charging is roughly ฿4–5 per kWh (depends on your tariff), while public DC fast charging is often ฿6.5–8+ per kWh. A 60 kWh car from 20–80% adds ~36 kWh, so around ฿150–290 depending on where you charge.
- How do I work out the cost per kilometre?
- Multiply your consumption (kWh/100 km) by the price per kWh, then divide by 100. Most EVs use ~15–18 kWh/100 km.
- Is home or public charging cheaper?
